| and it's always shifted like butter for me. However, I kept the stock fluid, and never touched boost for 1,500+ miles and babied it. I believe the key to any new trans (or rebuild) is breaking it in properly. The factory fluid is made to break in fresh metal parts. Using other fluids isn't smart until you get a good bit of mileage on the trans, imho. How did you go about breaking in your transmission? Mine has about 3,500~ miles on it now. Not a single grind.
